I apply Design Thinking to most of my projects and believe that modifying it according to our requirements is very crucial so that it gives us the flexibility to work with.
So, I always first break down the problem brief into smaller chunks of keywords and note down all questions regarding them. Then I start understanding the big picture before going into the nuances.
